LPA (Paste)

Active yeast in paste. Available in fresh form only at the beginning of harvest. Used as the fermenting yeast, this strain is used in both red and white must, with a strong start.  Optimal temperature: 15-35°C (59-90°F). 2 x 1kg block/pack.
