The total sugar content of a wine includes sucrose, fructose and glucose. In certain situations, sucrose is added to grape must to increase the alcohol content of the finished wine. The Sucrose/D-Fructose/D-Glucose assay kit allows all three parameters to be measured in a single test, which has a total reaction time of 23 minutes. The Sucrose/D-Fructose/D-Glucose Assay Kit contains reagents for 300 tests (100 of each) using a manual spectrophotometer. All reagents are stable for >2 years.
