Acetic Acid Assay Kit (ACS; manual format)

Measure acetic acid (volatile acidity) using the Acetic Acid Assay Kit (ACS Manual Format). This kit has been optimised for use with manual spectrophotometers (reaction time: 14 min) and uses the traditional method based on the reaction of acetic acid with acetyl-CoA synthetase. Each kit contains reagents for 53 tests using a standard manual spectrophotometer or 106 tests using the MegaQuant™ Wave. All reagents are stable for >2 years
